Updates to the Household Support Fund
We’re improving how you apply for the Household Support Fund.
These improvements will help you get a decision more quickly.
While we make this change, we have paused bookings for telephone assessment appointments.
The fund is still available, we’re just getting everything ready so the new system works well for everyone.
From 9am on Monday 10 November, there will be two simple application forms live on our Grants page which you can apply to:
- Household Support Fund (Food)
- Household Support Fund (Utilities)
You can apply to both funds but only once.
If you need support to fill in the form, please contact your support worker, advisor or a local charity.
The new process will make things faster, smoother and easier for everyone.
