Improving our accessibility

Accessibility is incorporated into all aspects of the work we do at Point North, and we’re improving all the time.

Some of the ways we do this include:

  • Grant making: we keep our application process simple and our team support applicants during this process.
  • Team approach: our team receive training to create inclusive environments and communications.
  • Team availability: you can always speak to a person in our team on the phone, on a video call or by email.
  • Branding: we try to make sure the contrast between all our brand colours meet best practice guidelines, and that all text is clear and legible.
  • Printed materials: our printed materials are available in large print or braille if required.
  • Staying in touch: you can request our e-newsletter be posted to you as a printed newsletter.
  • Recruitment: we keep barriers low, only asking for essential qualifications and sharing interview questions with applicants in advance.
